I've mentioned this problem before in my SPN episode reviews, but it's really starting to frustrate me. Ever since about a month ago, the shows being broadcast on my local CW affiliate are now in full screen format. Watched SJA and Dr. Who last night.

This afternoon I attended a bridal shower for my cousin's (not the one who is in the hospital) fiancee. They had it at the Seventh Street Cafe in Garden City ...nice little place.
